Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

  • Non-Subscription Products (Before Production): You may cancel your order for a non-subscription product before it has been produced at no additional cost. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at info@laundrylabs.shop. Once production has started, cancellations will be subject to the restocking fee outlined below.

  • Non-Subscription Products (After Production): If you wish to cancel your order after it has been produced but before it has been shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the total order amount. This fee covers the costs associated with the production and preparation of your order. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription service at any time, but cancellations will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or agreement.

2. Cancellation by LaundryLabs.shop

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to the following:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Issues with payment processing

In such cases, you will be notified via email, and any payments made will be refunded in full without any restocking fees.

3. Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders (minus applicable restocking fees) will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days of the cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using a credit card, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as customized products or digital downloads, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable on their product pages.

5. Subscription Cancellations

For any subscription services, cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription unless otherwise stated in promotional terms or agreements.
