At Laundry Labs, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not accept returns on any of our products.

Non-Returnable Items:
- All products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Digital products, gift cards, and personalized items are exempt from returns.

Exchanges:
While we do not accept returns, we are happy to assist with exchanges if your item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team within 5 days from the date of purchase with your order details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
