What laundry machines are compatible with PowerPax?

PowerPax are compatible with all washers including top load, front load, High Efficiency and Regular machines. PowerPax work on commercial and home washers.

What scents are available for PowerPax?

Currently PowerPax are available in Linen Fresh, Lavendar and Free and Clear. We are also developing specialty PowerPax designed for athletic apparel and pet applications that will feature their own specific scents.

How many capsules are in a package?

Our PowerPax™ commercial buckets include 425 detergent capsules. For vending machine formats, the VendRite packages come with 100 two-packs (200 total capsules). We also offer a 36-count pouch — perfect for smaller operations or sampling.

How does the 5 in 1 work?

5 in 1 PowerPax feature 5 cleaning actions in a single 5 chamber capsule.

The capsule includes: pre stain, anti microbial cleaning agents, integrate non-ionic softener, fragrance (except free and clear) and 10X concentrated detergent.

What is the difference between the 5 in 1 and all in one?

The All in One capsule offers an antimicrobial cleaning agent, fragrance and 10X combined into a single cleaning action. The operator would still need to add their own softener and pre stain agents to achieve desired results.

Do you provide a discount if I subscribe?

Subscription customers receive a 10% discount from each order.

Are PowerPax capsules safe to use on sensitive skin?

For sensitive skin, we suggest using the Free and Clear versions of our Power Pax. Our Free and Clear pods are hypoallergenic, Formulated without dyes and fragrances, which are common irritants, Designed for sensitive skin and Free of harsh chemicals like optical brighteners, enzymes, or sulfates (depending on sensitivity).

Can I use it in both front-load and top-load machines?

Yes, any machine front or top load.

Is it more effective on cold water or hot water cycle?

Generally, warm and hot water cycles are better for dissolving the capsules, but cold wash cycles are OK. However, avoid quick wash cycles.

How does the Softener work if it dispenses during the wash cycle?

Our softeners are non-ionic which means they are designed to work during the wash cycle, unlike standard ionic softeners which need to be dispensed during the rinse cycles. So, the efficacy of our the softener agent works even during the wash cycle.
